Full name, role/title, department, monthly or annual salary, employment type (full-time / contractor / part-time), start date.
Tools & Subscriptions
Tool name, monthly cost, billing cycle (monthly / annual / one-time), renewal date, category (engineering / marketing / operations / etc.).
Deals
Company name, deal type (recurring / one-time / retainer), contract value, deal status (pipeline / won / lost), expected close date, contact name.
Validation before you commit
The preview screen shows every row with its validation status. Fix errors in your spreadsheet and re-upload, or import only the valid rows and add the rest later. Either way, nothing enters your financial model without your explicit confirmation.
