Sync your CRM pipeline into deal tracking with realistic revenue weighting.
What it does
Connect HubSpot to sync your CRM pipeline into RunwayCal's deal tracking. Pipeline deals come in at 50% weight (they're not confirmed revenue yet). Won deals come in at 100%. This gives you a realistic view of expected revenue without manual double entry.
Prerequisites
- A HubSpot account with deals in your pipeline
- Admin or Super Admin access to authorize the connection
Step-by-step setup

Click Connect
- 1.In RunwayCal, go to Settings then Integrations tab
- 2.Find the HubSpot card under "Revenue & CRM"
- 3.Click "Connect HubSpot"

Authorize in HubSpot
- 1.You'll be redirected to HubSpot's authorization page
- 2.Select the HubSpot account you want to connect
- 3.Review the permissions RunwayCal is requesting (contacts, deals, pipeline read access)
- 4.Click "Connect app"

Verify connection
- 1.You'll be redirected back to RunwayCal. The HubSpot card should show a green "Connected" badge. Your CRM name will appear below the badge.

What you'll see after connecting
The HubSpot card shows a green "Connected" badge with your CRM name. Pipeline deals appear at 50% weight and won deals at 100% in your deal tracking.
Data synced

Troubleshooting
Connection failed after authorizing
Try disconnecting and reconnecting. If it persists, check that your HubSpot account has deals enabled.
Token expiring (amber dot)
This is normal. RunwayCal auto-refreshes your HubSpot token. No action needed.
Stale data
Click "View Data" then "Sync Now" to pull the latest from HubSpot.
