Revenue and funding flow in from the left. Net liquidity occupies the center. Payroll, tools, and commitments flow out to the right. The width of each flow is proportional to its dollar amount, so you can see at a glance whether inflows or outflows dominate. This is not a chart or a table. It is a spatial representation of how money actually moves through your business, designed to make the abstract concrete.
Efficiency Ratios
Revenue per Employee (rolling 12-month deals projection divided by team count) and Burn Multiple (net burn divided by committed MRR). These two ratios tell you whether your spending is generating proportional returns. Green thresholds indicate healthy efficiency, amber signals watch closely, and red means the ratio needs attention. Benchmarks update as your data changes so you always see where you stand relative to healthy operating ranges.
Net Position Card
Your net financial position (total cash plus assets minus obligations) in one number. See whether your company's net position is strengthening or weakening over time. The trend arrow shows month-over-month direction so you can spot patterns before they become problems.
